Should look natural: If done properly the filler should look very natural--it should not be obvious to others that you had "something done". It's important not to inject too much or it can make you look like a blowfish or too puffy. Important to see an expert injector such as a dermatologist or plastic surgeon. Make sure they have a lot of experience with different fillers.
