Yes and yes: Yes patients can be dissatisfied with the results. Yes the results can be reversed simply by waiting for the product to dissipate and is the advantage to resorbable fillers. Alternatively if hyaluronic fillers are used juvederm ultra, ultra plus, restylane, (dermal fillers) perlane. Prevelle, belotero, etc), off label use of hyaluronidase can dissolve the product.

Consultation: Anytime you get a cosmetic procedure you can be unsatisfied with the result. I suggest that before you receive any treatment you have a thorough consultation. That way you can discuss exactly what your concerns are, and have a realistic expectation of what your results will be. A hyaluronic acid filler such as juvederm, or Restylane (dermal fillers) can be easily removed if necessary.
