See a plastic surgeo: Plastic surgeons are trained in good cosmetic surgery with an acceptable outcome. There are of course some well trained dermatologists who do cosmetic surgery. Your bet will be on a well trained plastic surgeon who does cosmetic surgery day in and day out.

Research...: Ask around and look online. If you have any friends that have had similar procedures done, they will be a good source of information. Depending on what aspects of your appearance you wish to address, you should also consider consultation with a (facial) plastic surgeon. They are knowledgable about skin care and treatments, but can perform other procedures dermatologists do not.
