A filler may correct for nasolabial folds & last a long time. but what happens when the face naturally changes over the year? any uneven facial areas?

Lipofilling: Carefully injected autologous fat can surface uneven areas foes a smoother cosmetic outcome.

Different filler: There are different types of fillers, some are thicker and some are thinner. As your face changes with time so will the use of the filler type and location where it is injected.

Adjust techniques: Fillers may reverse signs of aging but the clock keeps ticking. You can't expect a person who has fillers at age 50 to require the same techniques when they get to see 60. Eventually more fillers or lasers or even surgery may be recommended to accomplished greater corrections with aging. Uneven facial areas may be temporarily caused by fillers but are not typically permanent with resorbable filler
