Adult ADHD: Kids can be very hyperactive with adhd, adults less so. So with adults, the more common presentation is distractibility.

No: As someone with ADHD reaches adulthood, they may continue to have inattentiveness, easy distractibility and difficulty focusing. What tends to change is the resolution of hyperactivity. About 50% of children with ADHD will continue to have symptoms as an adult.
