Medication: Does she take medication for adhd? That is the primary treatment. It also helps to have a lot of structure- a regular schedule, check-lists to get things done, using a phone or tablet to keep track of events- and a lot of patience! use simple reminders- ie. Alarm on the cell phone- and help her get more organized. If her meds aren't helping, see her doctor to see if they need an adjustment.

Structure: Have a lot of structure. Plan to spend time with your teen. Include lots of strenuous physical activity. Keep things constant and focus on immediate goals.
