Combination drugs: Your combination is safe, but your diagnosed is complicated. In your case, adderall, (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) an amphetamine and ritalin, methylphenidate can cause an increase in anxiety. You might ask your prescriber if there are medications that can help more than one of your symptoms, i.e. Anxiety and adhd. Some antidepressant/antianxiety medications have been used for adhd as well.
