Probably Not: 3 days is probably still within the realm of a transient bug. Make sure your child is well hydrated & call your pediatrician just in case.

Be more specific: Upset stomach as in vomiting , diarrhea or stomach pains? Fatigued because your 8 year old is getting dehydrated or just because the appetite is poor from all the stomach pains! what is your child's bowel habits? Other concerns-diabetes or thyroid problems....Please be more specific so we can give you proper advice.Thanks.
