Too vague to comment: The description provides is vague. It appears she tires easily but the issue of tummy aches is inconsistent. You do not describe her appetite or ability to keep up with her peers, or previous evaluations. I would write down what you observe listing the things you find troubling and take that with you when you have her seen. Maybe an in person exam with the list will help sort it out.
