Vague Symptoms: This is not necessarily coming from the IUD Many causes for the above symptoms starting from tummy bug to organ problems I would suggest to talk to your doctor about it Investigations might be needed to assess for the cause

Check IUD string: You need to digitally check for the presence of the IUD string in the vagina, and if you are not sure or can't find it see a GYN MD as a "missing" IUD can produce cramping if it not inside the uterus. If the IUD is present inside the uterus, then see a MD for the other symptoms.
