Evaluation: Your daughter should be evaluated soon for COVID 19 and/or Kawasaki's disease or MIS-C. It is concerning that her eyes are red and that she has a high fever and other symptoms. These symptoms may be consistent with COVID 19 or a complication of a viral/bacterial illness. You may use a standard pediatric dose of Tylenol to treat fever, continue to monitor her temperature and provide fluids.
