NSAIDs or reflux: I don't know whether you are taking any painkillers for the headaches; most painkillers except Acetaminophen can upset the stomach. There is also a possibility of reflux. Consult your pcp before you do anything. Stay away from Ibuprofen or naprosyn (naproxen) till then.
