Can you please tell me how norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) and vicodin differ?

Not much Just the MG: Vicodin and Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) both contain the same compounds: hydrocodone/acetaminophen . Hydrocodone is an opiate similar to morphine or oxycodone and it is very addictive if used if not taken exactly as your doctor has prescribed. Acetaminophen: is also know as otc pain reliever tylenol. If used excessively or with large consumption of alcohol it cause severe live problems. The fda has ruled to lower mgs.
