All hydrocodone: They are essentially all the same medication. They are combinations of hydrocodone, which is a narcotic pain medication, and tylenol (acetaminophen). Lortab, Norco, and Vicodin are name brands, but more than likely you are getting a generic medication filled at the pharmacy.
