Almost the same: both are opiates and both have very strong potential for dependence. please use only SHORT TERM and taper off as soon as possible.

Probably not: They only difference between the two drugs is the tylenol (acetaminophen) content. So if you feel no difference between one otc (over the counter) tylenol (acetaminophen) and two Otc tylenol (acetaminophen) pills there is your answer. If you want a weaker analgesic motrin and/or tylenol (acetaminophen) may suffice

Recently: Opiods with tylenol (acetaminophen) can only have 325 mg. Hence Vicodin will only come with 325mg

Vicodin reduced the: amount of Tylenol (acetaminophen) to 325 after the FDA issued warnings, if you still have some of the old pills discard them properly.
