Sleep: If you exercise within a couple of hours of going to sleep - you may be too stimulated to fall asleep. Exercising in the morning or by the late afternoon is a better idea. Take care.

Morning: Exercise in the morning and sleep properly at night. Doing exercise at night isn't bad, but right before sleep could disrupt sleeping patterns. Hope this helps.
