Go to the hospital : Ask for a social worker. Apply for charity care. Explain to them your situation. If you qualify, you will get free care hospital wide for 1 year. A county hospital also a great place to go. Calling your local psychiatrist and offer them what you can afford. Someone is going to welcome you. Praying for you!

Low cost clinics too: Dr. Ibrahim shared excellent suggestions because with this collection of problems, you really do need a doctor's help (rather than trying to make do with otc remedies). Even homeopathic treatment would require being seen by an expert homeopathic doctor! many communities have low cost or even free clinics. See what's available in your locale: http://www.Needymeds.Org/free_clinics.Taf.

OTC is not safer: Consider the community mental health clinic in your nearest city. These are subsidized to help care for the underprivelaged.
