Depends: If the headaches are related to the coils (and this can be a major question) they cannot be safely removed, and so the remark "live with it". But that is not an entirely satisfactory response because there may be another cause, it may be related to correctable complications of the aneurysm and coils, and it does not address possible methods of control. You may need a second opinion.
