Unlikely: If you have a cold, the swelling on your neck could be enlarged lymph nodes but these should not cause rectum pain. That might me a separate issue, unless you also been having excessive diarhea ...

Associated pains: It is difficult to tell you if any of these are related without a full exam. My suggestion is to visit your family doctor and have a full physical exam and blood work done to make any determination or correlation.
