I have 2 lumps i think they are lymph nodes on my neck one on each side and they are the same and in the same spot they are soft move a bit and painless i have had a cold this week and was quite ill could it be the cold swelling them?

Yes, they are probably reactive lymph nodes by your description. Those nodes should get smaller to their original sizes in time but they may not change in some cases. As long they do not get bigger in the incoming weeks you are safe. See you doctor for a correct assessment if you have doubt. Good luck!
