Allergic rash possib: There are several possibilities, including an allergic reaction to an insect bite. If there is a raised scaly appearance, ringworm a type of fungal infection may be the cause. Each of these has a different treatment, so it is best to check with your doctor if it does not improve. Topical steroids may be used on an allergic skin rash. I hope that this helps.
