I am 24 and i have no significant pmh. i have two small lumps in my neck one on either side in almost the exact same spot. what could they be?

Location and Size: Lymph nodes are normal unless large, painful or in wrong location. Small, round, firm, painless along chain in front or back of neck is normal. Increase in size with response to inflammation, i.e. Allergies/uri. Abnormal if large, painful, external skin changes or associated with systemic symptoms such as fever, fatigue, weight loss, rash- and should be evaluated.
