Low Lymphocytes: This finding in no way means or says anything about HIV infection or any viral infection specifically. Stop testing for hiv. You do not have it. There is some other reason for your white blood cell findings.

Too much: Unless you are a high risk individual, testing that frequently makes you a hypochondriac. Now you have an abnormal test. This could be a real problem or a false alarm. Why did you do a CD4 count in the first place? This test is not normally ordered unless you are HIV positive or have an immune deficiency or being checked for one.
