Be direct: I'm sorry for your loss. You can try to tell your parents what you need from them specifically. Tell them why you think that they are not being supportive.

Grieving: I am sorry for your loss. We tend to look over and over in the same places for the things that we can't find. When in fact if we would look elsewhere we may find it. If for whatever reason, your parents aren't willing or able to give you the support you long for, you may need to look beyond them. No matter how much you long for them to fill your needs, you may need to accept the situation.

Depression: For depression there is new class of ssri medications. At present see the psychiatrist or your own doctor who can prescribe ssri. Also continue psychotherapy sessions. If parents are not supportive ask for social services in the area. If suicidal thought then admit in hospital. Please don't take alcohol or drugs as these exacerbate the condition.
