Blood test positive for ankylosing spondylitis; no symptoms at all. being referred to rheumatologist. what will they look for? how is diagnosis made?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See details: Only about 30% of patients who have the positive test for the hla-b27 antigen ever developed ank spondy. If you have no symptoms then you likely have no problem.
