Dizziness: This might be many things related to metabolic and nervous system. The cardiac source is ruled out as you said. High and low blood sugar and blood pressure should check three different times a day for couple of days. Ear infection, alcohol or ilicit drug use, anemia should be checked. If the dizziness is associated with nusea, vomiting, headaches & urinary incontinence. Then ct& see neurologist.
