Your symptoms : Are probably due to uncontrolled high blood pressure. Seek medical attention for a good history and physical exam. 85-90% if hypertension is essential without a secondary cause. The rest can have a disease process causing it. Ekg and basic labs will help to differentiate. Good luck.
