Should i go to the er for my anemia? i'm not sure if it's the cause of all my symptoms, but they seem to check off. i feel tired, shaky and dizzy when i stand up. my heart also beats really fast. i've been feeling really disoriented as well?

Anemia: Your chronic anemia would have to have gradually dropped to a very low level to cause those symptoms or else your red blood cell count would have to drop suddenly from a significant bleeding event to bring on those symptoms. I do recommend urgent evaluation in view of the severity of your symptoms.
