Have severe acid reflux type symptoms. also have spells and moments i get very dizzy and nauseous with high heart rate and high fatigue (dr ruled out heart). seeing a gi but want to see if anyone has ideas. have had this off and on since september?

GERD treatment may be initiated by PCP as indicated. Avoid eating before bedtime, stay well hydrated and watch for pain and fever. You may require an imaging study.
