No: This muscle is innervated by the ulnar nerve & doesn't originate from shoulder. If u do not have any other signs of ulnar nerve involvement the cause is most likely due to a local cause. C a hand surgeon & b evaluated. B sure 2 think back 4 a possible injury that may have caused this, especially with a negative mri.
