In short it means th: -at you have degenerative disk disease centered around C-4, and as a result of this you have bulging of the disk that takes up room that the nerves pass through. If you have arrm symptoms, this can be a cause. It would be on the right side. Spondylosis just a long word for degenerative disease of the spine. Treatment should be done by a spine specialist, fellowship trained orthopedist.
