Not much: So this does depend a bit on your age but the straining means just that when the image was taken your neck was strait and this could be due to many mostly benign things. The degenerative findings are like arthritis but not necessarily a big deal and clinical application would depend on why the scan was done. Narrowing of the canal? can cause pain but that was the end of your answer....
