It depends: Tough question. Pain on the bottom of your feet could be caused by injury/problem to the l5-s1 disc in your back. But, other things could also cause pain in your feet. Diabetes, for example, can affect the nerves in your feet and cause pain. A normal foot and ankle has 26 bones and 33 joints so there are a bunch of orthopedic causes. Talk to your doc & let them do some more testing to be sure.
