I am in real pain with back down to my feet have been for a while now physio can't help i do have curviture of spine never had pain like this before ?

Sciatica: Usually pain going down to your feet from your back is due to a pinched nerve in your back. If physical therapy isnt working, then occasionally injections around the nerves in your back may help (epidural injections).
