Probably, but why?: If you consume fewer calories than you burn, no matter what diet you are on, you will lose weight. However, once you go off that diet, you will gain all the weight back. Rather than doing fad diets, you should make an effort to eat regularly, healthy meals, low in starches and processed foods, do more exercise, so you can achieve slow but steady weight loss that you can sustain.
