You're perfect!: Your body mass index is 22.9. Normal is 19-25. You're right in the middle. It doesn't get better than that!! Now, your mission, should you choose to accept it: stay 153 for the next 40 years (that's easier said than done!). But keep doing what you're doing (good diet and exercise).
