You don't...: Don't force yourself to sleep at a time when you aren't tired, you will only make things worse, by driving down your sleep efficiency (tst/tib). Stay up until you are tired, then go to bed... Wake up a the same time 7 days/week. Don't take naps. Naps will completely mess up your schedule.. Follow this, and you will start to fall in to a routine and schedule.
