No matter how tired, i can't fall asleep for at least 6 hours after coming home. this disrupts my sleep schedule as i stay out late sometimes.

Sleep hygiene: Very important: set a sleep time. Avoid alcohol or stimulants. Turn off all TV/video/music. Try aromatherapy or incense. Non-sexual massage works. Speak to your PCP to ruleout underlying sleep disorder, anxiety, stress or depression.
