Don't do it: Starvation diets are not healthy, so don't attempt this please. Your body may want to pack on more weight after those three days when it senses that it has been starving. The best way to live a healthy life and to lose weight are to make good dietary decisions and to stay as active as possible, exercise. This is the best course of action and the most healthy.Good luck.

Not good strategy.: Truth be told, you may lose a few pounds during that period of time, but the lost weight will bounce right back up when you reintroduce solids. This isn't a good strategy for long-term healthy weight loss and is ill-advised.
