Diabetic diet: A diabetic diet is good for both high and low blood sugars. There is much available on the diabetic diet. Basically avoid fast carbs, white sugar, refined flour foods, high fat foods. Instead eat smaller amounts, proteins, complex carbs, eat more frequently and not after 8 pm. The goal is to avoid spikes in your metabolism. The spikes lead to dangerous lows a couple hours later.
