You can't: lose weight that way, so stop trying. All you'll lose is water, which you'll quickly regain. Be happy your sugar is normal and eat less if you want to lose weight. You can't get your ketone levels up, as they all go out in the urine -- unless you have type 1 diabetes and then ketones in the blood are a medical emergency.
