Zumba: Is just another form of exercise. If you enjoy it, by all means continue doing it. You need to burn off 3500 calories that you don't eat to lose a pound. Combine w/dietary restriction.

Consistently: Use it consistently with a good diet. Any exercise must be also supplemented with a healthy diet with the goal of weight loss. Like the previous post, need to lose about 3500 calories for 1lb. Hope that helps.
