Zumba: Is just another form of exercise. If you enjoy it, by all means continue doing it, although 4 hours/day will get boring quickly. Find some other exercise you also enjoy such as a daily walk you need to burn off 3500 calories that you don't eat to lose a pound. Combine w/dietary restriction.
