Exercise & Nutrition: Resistance exercise ( machines or weights) and proper nutrition are key. Get 2 grams of protein for every 2.2 lbs (kg) of weight! and start working out at least five days per week, at least 30-45m / session. A gym memebership can help, because trainers are frequently available! and they spare you equipment costs!
