Diet/program: Fresh meat, fish, poultry, fruit ,vegetables:6-8 fist sized portions/day, Multiviamin 1/day. Cross train using burst interval high and low impact aerobics. Minimum of 5 days/week for 30-45 minutes plus free weight for 10 min.
