Separate issue: Muscle strength is a qualitative description based on exam & as an estimate based on experience. It helps a doc with an overall picture of the interaction of your nervous/muscular systems & compares of side of the body to the other. It does not assess the density or strength of your bones which would require separate testing seldom done unless issues arose.
