Healed is healed: Your question is a bit confusing. Surgeons do occasionally turn two wounds into one if they need to be debrided and are too close together. Plastic surgeons do so to make closure more easy if the two are very close. The term "heal" means they are covered with skin and so, not open anymore. If you mean two wounds far away made to touch/connect this can be done but is a hard way to get them to heal.
