What is the diagnosis for pain in perineum, skin tear? how to heal it fast?

Avoid sexual: activity, thong underwear, tight jeans or bathing suits. I suggest using Advil/Aleve for pain ( if not allergic to these products ) and massage Neosporin or triple antibiotic ointment to the affected area.
