Vertigo??: It could be vertigo although u r young for that. Benign vertigo (bppv) is believed to be from otolith debri from a semicircular canal http://www.Patient.Co.Uk/doctor/benign-paroxysmal-positional-vertigo. Dehydration or anemia r more likely @ your age, w/ a transient decrease in blood flow 2 your brain (getting "light headed" vs "room spinning"). There are many other causes as well- see your dr.
