Not enough informati: The answer lies in details which you omit. See a DR. Water is good for abrasions. Keep them lubricated with vaseline or Aquaphor. Bioclusive membranes are often excellent. Avoid peroxide, iodine, or any other antiseptics. Avoid silvadene (silver sulfadiazine). Avoid bacitracin, neosporin, or any other antibiotics. Do not apply any dry dressing which may become glued to the wounds.
